Building with Paca

Steve really enjoys when the grandkids ask to build something. So why Sharon and Allen weree in Najvoo, Micah, the twins, Sterling and Claire spent the night. We had alot of fun. We went to Ellie's play, os which she was fantastic. Then we woke early and went garage sailing. Found alot of good buys.
Then Paca and the boys built a Humvee. They had fun and Paca helped and watched over them carefully.
Sterling sprayed his by himself and Paca helped Logan.

Fox

Since I haven't been working many hours and now that I am not working at all, I go for walks in the hills up behind our house. One day I walked up to the water sheds and on my way up I saw a fox, we had a stare down. Today I went for another walk up there and brought my camera. I sat for a while and he kept poking his head out and watching me. So I took a picture of him and one of the other dens. I think Carol and I counted 5 the other night. I love nature and to be so close is wonderful. Hope you enjoy the pictures as much as I enjoyed watching him. TA TA

HAPPY PICTURES

This picture was taken Mothers Day. I really like it. I love Steve's smile, ( he was pinching me too!)
I have always wanted a Westeria Plant, so we planteds two the year we moved in. They remind me of my Dad and his house in Sqaw Valley. A Happy Memory
I know this isn't a very pretty picture, but the robin egg's hatched. The Robin had flown a way for a few minutes so I quickly took this picture. However she is very protective.

Happy May Day!!!!

Happy May Day, I remember a few years back as a child and a mother in California. As a child I would pick flowers on the 1st of May and put them on a doorstop of a neighbor, ring the bell and run. This was a symbol of friendship and to wish them happy may day. The boys would do may pole dances at school. It was alot of fun. Very colorful ribbons wrapped around a pole, while doing a dance, they would weave in and out then the poole would be completed covered with ribbon.
So to all of you this is my May day bouquet of flowers from my home to yours.
