Christmas Trees & Lights

Skyler, Jenny and the kids came over and helped get all the decorations out. Jenny was great in helping put them around the house with the help of the kids and Skyler. Yesterday, Saturday, Dad and I decided to put the tree up and the lights on the house. Do you know this is the first time in at least 10 years that we did it without help from one of the family. I put Josh Groben on and Forgotten Christmas carols and went to work. It took Dad and I about 3 or 4 hours from start to finish, it was a very somforting and fun thing to do.

I put lights up everywhere, Dad finally said, "Sandy I think you have enough lights in the House!"

Maxwell"s Grave

Dad and I went to Maxwell's grave Saturday after we put the tree up at home and the lights.

We cleaned around his grave and put up a Christmas Tress for the Christmas Season. It is always so quiet and peaceful here. I remember when Jeremy dedicated the grave, one of the things he said was, that family and friends would be able to come here and find peace and comfort. How true those words have been. May we all remember the true meaning of Christmas, remember our Savior the love and peace he has given us thru his life and the gospel. May we reach out to those who need extra care this season. Truman, Jocelyn & Allen These three werre so funny, Truman was trying to bite Joselyn and Jocelyn was holding on to Allen's ear and he wasn't sure what was going on. They all have such cute personalities and have added such joy to the family.
