Happy Birthday Steve
Happy Birthday to Steve. He is now "55". When I asked how does he feel about turning 55? He said I feel the same, just wish we could be in a better finacial situation. I assured him he has provided well and we will be okay. Boy how I love this guy!

I work with a kid by the name of Brady, he wanted me to make a quilt for his baby girl.
Here is his quilt for her. She is now 1o months old. I really likes these colors and how it turned out.
My Mary Englebright wallhanging. I have worked on this for 4 months and finally finished.

Play Time with the Hammock
Okay, we have this hammock in the back yard and the kids decided to climb it.
Ryker, Triesten, Reagan and Logan would climb to the top and then------------------------
the hammock would flip and they would all fall on the grass. I laughed and had a great time watching.
They finally fell one to many times and Sharon brought up a point that what if someone falls and breaks an arm? So we stopped them. They sure had fun though.

bugs and vegetables
I came infrom the back yard and this praying mantis was on my back. He kept jumping around and flew to the shades, I caught him and let him go. I like praying mantis, Steve absolutely can't stand them.
A very large green tomatoe that I am impatiently waiting to rippen.
Apples were given to me so of course in the jars they went. We made 12 pints of applesauce last night after work. I love to look at the finished product.

September 16, 2008/Full Moon
I walk in the morning at about 6:15 to 6:30 am. The moon is still up and so beautiful, so today I decided to capture it's beauty. The early morning walk is so peaceful and calm and to see God's creation in all it's glory, to me is wonderful! Have a great day, everybody.
Humanitarian Project
I am the humanitarian specialist in our ward. For our project this August and September we collected toothbrushes, combs, towels, toothpaste & soap. Each kit has 2 towels, 2 bars of soap, 4 toothbrushes, 2 combs , 1 tub of 6-7.5 oz. toothpaste in them. We put tpgether 85 kits for the hurricane victims in the south. They weree shipped out yesterday. It was alot of fun and a bit of stress, but thanks to ward members and local dentists (who helped with toothbrushes) we met our goal. Think about it: that is 340 toothbrushes, 85 toothpasts, 170 combs, towels, and soap. Was a well done project. We also sent blankets too. 25.
