We made tomatoe juice with the tomatoes and the kids had fun helping.
Tomatoes, Juice and Salsa.
Sharon came over and was a big help with making the salsa.
Thank you Sharon you were a big help, and thank you Jenny for the recipe and encouraging me to do salsa.
Steve like the salsa last year so much( our first time at salsa)So far we have 20 qaurts of Salsa, 14 quarts of tomatoe juice and 6 quarts of Tomatoes, we decided to do more salsa than anything.
Here it is Sept. 29 and our tomatoes are now rippening fast. Who would have thought.
